Har be Monsters...
...these funky creatures were found outside Clearways this week, apparently they are Puriri Moths. Far be it from me to criticise anybodys piloting skills, but these guys are, frankly, crap at flying!

CP39 have started training to become airline pilots in Hamilton, New Zealand - follow their adventures as they strive to achieve the coveted right hand seat.

"My colleague Martin flying 'Ejit', quite possibly the oldest and most knackered C172 in NZ!"
No question about it, it's certainly the oldest aircraft in the fleet, not just the oldest 172! 1977-built so 29 years young this year... geek fact for the day, that's older than the combined age of the R2160 and DA-42 fleets, if I've got their ages correct.
It's also fast becoming my personal aircraft - out of my sole complete logbook page, about half of it is on EJT.
